The energy you feel inside your body holds the key to unlocking limiting patterns, sources of stress, and obstacles to healing. Your body gives a constant stream of reliable information about your experience in the form of thoughts and emotions. It’s a library of who you are at the deepest level, including all that has happened to you and all that you dream about. Understanding the root of your inner “energy” while discovering truth of God's love for you is transforming.
This week let’s zero in on God’s thoughts and His love for us. Consider grasping truth, believing it’s a transforming sword that cuts through limiting patterns, sources of stress and obstacles to healing.
Pay attention to your energy (thoughts emotions) around your current circumstances.
Which thoughts/emotions align with truth?
Which ones create tension and stress?
“How weighty to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! I try to count them—they are more than the sand; I come to the end —I am still with you.”
Psalms 139:17-18 NRSV
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways.” This is the Lord’s declaration. “For as heaven is higher than earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Isaiah 55:8-9
“So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!”
Romans 8:38-39 TPT
“For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, and revealed to the eyes of Him with whom we have to give account.”
Hebrews 4:12-13 AMP
